Restrictions on electricity consumption in Ukraine may remain in effect for another 2-3 years. This forecast was shared by the director of the Center for Energy Research, Alexander Kharchenko.
“Even if the restoration goes as successfully as possible, we must understand that certain supply restrictions will be with us for a long time. For a long time in this context – for a couple of years,” he said on the Kiev24 TV channel.
