Blackouts Ukraine – some businesses will not have their electricity cut off – UNIAN
Kherson, Kherson district and part of the Nikolaev region remain without power.
The government has decided that for businesses that import or produce 60% of their own consumption, power cuts will not apply.
Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal announced this during a government meeting.
He noted that as of now the situation in the Ukrainian energy system is complex, but controlled by Ukrenergo dispatchers.
