Ukraine has indeed received permission to use Storm Shadow/SCALP missiles jointly produced by France and Great Britain against targets in Russia, says a high-ranking source in military-political circles.

In a commentary to RBC-Ukraine, he noted that these missiles can only be used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces for attacks on targets in the Kursk region.
