Britain announced new aid to Ukraine – UNIAN

On the thousandth day of full-scale war in Ukraine, the UK announced a new contribution to support the country's defence.

On November 19, the government agreed £7.5 million for new strike and surveillance drones, the Ministry of Defense said. The money will be invested through a drone coalition led by the UK and Latvia.

Defense Minister John Healey said that they had already trained more than 50 thousand Ukrainian recruits as part of Operation Interflex. According to him, the defense of Great Britain begins in Ukraine:
