By February 5, conscripts who had the status of limited fitness must re-pass the military medical commission (MMC).
Oleksandr Bodin, the head of the military accounting department of the Rivne Territorial Center for Manpower and Social Support, recalled this, Suspilne reports.
“On May 4, Law No. 3621 entered into force, by which the status of “limited fitness” was effectively abolished. The same law provided for a period of 9 months for conscripts with the status of “limited fitness” to undergo a repeated medical examination by the military medical commissions and received one of the relevant statuses,” the representative of the TCC emphasized.
