Carbon monoxide poisoning in Transcarpathia: two children are among the victims

The injured were taken to the hospital.

In the village of Zabolotne of the Bilkiv community, four people were poisoned by carbon monoxide.

This was reported by the press service of the State Emergency Service.

A 38-year-old woman, while doing household chores, suddenly felt worse and was able to call her neighbors. They helped her and other family members – a 17-year-old daughter, an 11-year-old son, as well as a 39-year-old fellow villager – to get out into the fresh air.

“The victims were quickly taken to the hospital. The preliminary diagnosis is carbon monoxide poisoning!” – the message says.

It will be recalled that a mother and three children were poisoned by carbon monoxide in Prykarpattia.
