Changed the decision: the military man carried out the SZH, but decided to return

The man learned about his brother's mobilization and realized that he could not stay abroad.

A military man who left his post and fled to Romania was detained at the border.

This was reported by the State Border Service of Ukraine.

Thanks to the innovation in Article 401 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which allows to avoid punishment for voluntarily leaving the military unit, the man got the opportunity to join the defense ranks again.

He carried out the SZH at the beginning of October.

We will remind, according to Zhorin, the law adopted by the Verkhovna Rada on the possibility of resuming military service after the first voluntary desertion of a unit (SZCH) does not solve this problem in the Ukrainian army.
