Changes to the booking procedure in Ukraine
The Cabinet of Ministers made changes to the reservation of those liable for military service for the period of mobilization and wartime by Resolution No. 1332 of November 22, 2024. What should businesses know about this?
Firstly, the quota does not change and will, as before, amount to no more than 50% of those liable for military service. But it will not take into account:
- female military personnel;
- ultimate beneficial owners of businesses who are not their employees;
- some other categories of military personnel.
However, the number of military personnel subject to reservation may be more than 50 percent by a separate decision of the Minister of Defense.
