Parents are afraid of the reduction in the mobilization age and take their children abroad in advance.
Parents are deporting teenage boys from Ukraine en masse, fearing that the mobilization age will decrease. This was confirmed by Olga Kupets, a demography scientist and associate professor at the Kyiv School of Economics, in an interview on the YouTube channel “Nobody will watch this.”
“I can confirm this, and I see it not only among people who live in Central Ukraine, where it’s really scary because of security, but also in Western Ukraine. While on vacation in Western Ukraine, they said that someone just saw buses filled with 16-17 year olds heading towards Slovakia,” the expert said.
She noted that parents organize the departure of their children, while they themselves remain in Ukraine….
