Brussels is considering the possibility of introducing sanctions against China
According to intelligence, Beijing has for the first time sent lethal weapons to Russia for use in the war against Ukraine. The head of the EU foreign affairs department, Josep Borrell, is now calling for sanctions against China.

As three sources confirmed to FAZ, Borrell briefed EU states on the relevant intelligence findings ahead of a meeting of foreign ministers to be held next Monday, November 18, and called for sanctions against Beijing.
