Christmas holidays 2024 – drones created a giant Santa Claus in the Texas sky – UNIAN

Drone show company Sky Elements has set a new world record. Her performance was included in the Guinness Book of Records as the “Longest Animation Performed by Drones” thanks to a spectacular 30-minute Christmas show in Texas (USA), Interesting Engineering reports.

A spectacular Christmas show featuring more than 5,000 drones took place at the Birdville ISD Fine Arts/Athletics Complex in North Richland Hills. Thus, the company surpassed its previous achievement, set a week earlier. Back then, 2,500 drones were used in the show.

“We not only spread holiday cheer, but also set our 11th Guinness World Record!” said Preston Ward, Chief Pilot of Sky Elements.
