Clients of T2 and Rostelecom ordered more than 650 thousand checks of personal data leaks from Solar

T2, Rostelecom and Solar summed up the first results of the service to protect subscribers – checking for personal data leaks. Since August 2024, T2 and Rostelecom clients have ordered more than 650 thousand reports, and almost half of T2 subscribers have ordered the report again.

T2 and Rostelecom clients can receive a free report on suspected leaks of their personal data. The service, based on the Solar AURA monitoring service, monitors the network daily and collects information about compromised data: name, phone number, email, address and passwords. The report also identifies the likely dates of the leaks and the digital platforms from which they occurred. This information helps users change passwords in a timely manner, prevent hacking of social network accounts, and be more careful when providing data to online services.
