The embargo on reviews of STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl has lifted and journalists have something to tell about the game.
At the time of writing, Stalker 2 has a score of 76 on Metacritic. Critics note that the game remains faithful to the previous parts of the series and offers the same hardcore and immersive gameplay. But what else the game has adopted from previous games are bugs: journalists directly write that they underestimated the rating due to the technical condition of the project.
The VGC publication gave Stalker 2 only 2 points out of 5, which is the lowest score for the game so far.
