Curfew – what is the responsibility for violation – UNIAN
A person can be administratively detained if he is outside during curfew.
The police may be given the right to detain curfew violators in a coercive format. The corresponding bill was submitted to the Verkhovna Rada. This was stated by lawyer, candidate of legal sciences Sergei Voichenko on Kyiv 24 air.
“Article 210 with icon two, it is not currently in the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences, just introduces a fine for entering, entering, staying in populated areas where general compulsory evacuation is carried out, these are the first and second parts.
