Defense Forces spokesman on what is happening in occupied Bakhmut
In the mines of Bakhmut, the occupiers deployed field hospitals to provide medical aid to the wounded.
The occupiers use mines in the occupied Bakhmut of the Donetsk region for military purposes. Warehouses and hospitals are being built there.
This was announced by the spokesman of the Khortytsia Operational Strategic Group of Forces, Nazar Voloshyn, on the air of the telethon.
“Today, Bakhmut in the temporarily occupied territory serves as the first point for the temporary deployment of the 98th Airborne Division and the 3rd Army Corps. The city has become an enemy minefield,” the spokesman said.
According to him, the city has become a kind of logistics hub for the occupiers. Due to the fact that there are mines, fortifications and shelters, the enemy has placed and stores ammunition and equipment in them, as well as warehouses with fuel and lubricants.
