Delicious and sweet buns – a recipe from royal confectioners – UNIAN

Fruit scone with cream and jam is one of the traditional recipes for afternoon tea for the royal family.

  • baking powder – 28 g;
  • butter – 94 g;
  • powdered sugar – 86 g;
  • eggs – 2 pcs;
  • buttermilk – 140 ml;
