This was announced by First Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Ivan Gavrilyuk during the Hour of Questions for the Government in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
“The draft law has practically been developed and is ready to be released and submitted to the Verkhovna Rada through the Cabinet of Ministers,” he said regarding the demobilization bill.
At the same time, he noted that it is impossible to carry out demobilization itself today due to a lack of reserves.
