The last match of the 37-year-old player was a duel of the 17th round of the Ukrainian Premier League (UPL) with “Alexandria”, in which he came on as a substitute in the 61st minute.
Denys' contract with LNZ was calculated until the end of the current season, but the parties decided to end cooperation earlier.
Oliynyk is a pupil of “Dynamo” Kyiv. He also played for Naftovik, Kyiv Arsenal, Metalist, Dnipro, Dutch Vitesse, German Darmstadt, Desna, Helios, Finnish SIK, Vorskla and LNZ.
