Information about the occupation of Ilyinka in the Donetsk region and the entry of invaders into Kupyansk in the Kharkov region is untrue, reports the Operational Armed Forces of Ukraine in Telegram with reference to the General Staff.
“The information about the occupation of the village of Ilyinka and the alleged presence of Russian troops in the city of Kupyansk does not correspond to reality,” the message says.
In particular, yesterday Ukrainian soldiers stopped the enemy’s advance towards Kupyansk, destroyed all of its armored vehicles and eliminated a significant part of its manpower.
“Kupyansk is completely under the control of the Ukrainian Defense Forces,” the message says.
