– Do not try to drink fruit juices or coffee with sugar on an empty stomach. Otherwise, you will receive a portion of glucose, which will give you a short-lived feeling of fullness and result in excess weight. And forget about cereals, rings and crunchy balls, which contain too much sugar and flour.
