This drink is very popular in Ukrainian cuisine and is often found in canteens. It is also easy to prepare at home. To make an uzvar from dried fruits, you need to take:
- a mixture of dried apples, pears, raisins and prunes – 200 grams;
- water – 2 liters;
- sugar – 200-300 grams or to taste;
