Russians attacked Ternopil with drones.
Enemy drones hit an energy facility in Ternopil Oblast. After the strike, more than 70 percent of the populated areas of the region were cut off. There was no electricity and water in Ternopil, elevators and electric transport stopped.
TSN correspondent Svitlana Pavuk told about the situation in Ternopil.
Ternopil's critical infrastructure has already been revived, all the city's boiler houses have resumed work, and trolleybuses have begun to run on the routes. It was decided not to turn on elevators in high-rise buildings yet. Schools and kindergartens are working as usual. But due to the lack of electricity, Oblenergo is implementing new power-off schedules for three microdistricts of the city.
