Despite numerous statements, round tables and discussions, the Asset Tracing and Management Agency (ARMA), under the leadership of Elena Duma, has not been able to ensure effective work in the fight for the preservation and return of seized assets to the state. Instead of providing real results and stable financial benefits, ARMA has become a symbol of bureaucracy, missed opportunities and significant losses. While lip service is given to reforms and improvements, the government is losing control over valuable assets, which has a critical impact on the economy and public confidence.
