During November, one of the largest shooting stars can be observed in Ukraine
The peak of the shooting star will fall on November 16-18.
Starting from November 3 and until the second of December in Ukraine you can see meteor shower Leonidas, which will reach its peak on November 16-18.

The meteorite stream is formed by the remnants of Comet Tempel-Tuttle.
Its radiant—the point in the sky from which meteors appear to fly—is in the constellation Leo, from which it derives its name.
“The Leonids usually show an average activity of about 15 meteors per hour. But every 33 years, when Comet Tempel-Tuttle passes close to Earth, the stream becomes much more powerful and can turn into a real “meteor storm” with thousands of meteors per hour. The last such storm happened in 2001,” the report says.
