Electric aircraft – testing of ES-30 will begin in 2025 – UNIAN
The airline plans to launch the environmentally friendly ES-30 aircraft into commercial operation by 2028.
Swedish aviation company Heart Aerospace plans to conduct the first tests of the world's largest all-electric aircraft in 2025.
According to Interesting Engineering, the Heart Experimental 1 (Heart X1) prototype will be an important step in creating the ES-30 hybrid-electric aircraft, which will combine environmental friendliness and practicality. On short routes it will run solely on electric power, providing zero emissions, and for longer distances it will use turbo generators.
