The results for November 2024 show that prices for consumer goods and services continued to rise, with electricity and vegetables the most expensive over the past 12 months.
This is evidenced by the data of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, which analyzed the growth of prices for key goods and services for the period from November 2023 to November 2024.
According to official statistics, the price of electricity increased by 63.6%, and the price of vegetables jumped by 62.9%. This rapid growth is explained by tariff changes and seasonal price fluctuations in the food market.
Key products that have also significantly increased in price over the past 12 months include:
* oil — +30.7%;
* fruits — +24.7%;
* food products in general — +14.4%.
