If a person liable for military service has a valid deferment, he will not be able to apply for a new one.
The “Reserve+” application now has an option for an electronic deferment from mobilization. Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digitalization Ekaterina Chernorenko announced this during the telethon.
According to her, if a person liable for military service has a valid deferment, he will not be able to apply for a new deferment through the application.
“As soon as the deferment ends, and for most users it ends today, November 9, that is, in fact, starting from November 10, it will be possible to apply for the next one,” explained the deputy minister.
