Electronic services of EnergosbyT Plus are available to clients in remote locations

In November, employees of the Kirov branch of EnergosbyT Plus organized on-site Client Days in the village of Lesnye Polyany and the village of Zalazna, Omutninsky district.

Clients were told about the advantages of EnergosbyT Plus remote services and helped with connecting their personal account. In addition, the branch’s specialists received feedback from local residents and advised them on issues of accruals, methods of transmitting meter readings, the possibility of switching to an electronic receipt, and reconciling personal data.
