New coach of the Kazakh tennis player Elena RybakinaGoran Ivanisevic said what he is currently working on with his ward, Sports.kz reports.
The first official tournament of Rybakina and Ivanishevich was the United Cup in Australia, where Elena plays as part of the Kazakhstan national team.
— This is our first WTA tour match with her. We worked in Dubai for a couple of weeks and worked on the pitch a little. I try to encourage her to come to the net more often because she has a powerful game and can take points and finish matches much earlier than she usually does. But this is a long process. She has to come to the understanding that she can play more aggressively and get closer to the net,” Ivanisevic told Tennis Channel.
