Recently, dispatchers of the Odesa Oblast State Emergency Service spent more than three hours in a bomb shelter, processing calls from citizens. The Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Odesa region reported on this case.

As noted in the administration, not everyone understands that the duration of the alarms is determined not by “vagaries”, but by the real threat of war.
