Europe is in a state of “virtual war” with Russia,
Dearlove said he disagreed with Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk's assessment that Europe was in a pre-war era.
Former head of MI6 (British Foreign Intelligence Service) Richard Dearlove believes that Europe is not in a “pre-war situation” with Russia, but in a state of “real war.”
He said he disagreed with Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk's assessment that Europe is in the pre-war era, Sky News writes.

We already see quite clearly some very “aggressive steps of the Russians in various European countries,” says the former intelligence chief.
