The starting match of the 15th round of the English Premier League (EPL) of the 2024/25 season between “Everton” and “Liverpool” was postponed due to adverse weather conditions.

The Merseyside derby was due to take place on Saturday 7th December. The start of the match was scheduled for 14:30 Kyiv time. However, due to Storm Darragh, which is accompanied by strong winds and showers, the game was postponed indefinitely. The new date of the match will be announced later.

It is noted that the decision to postpone the match was made by the local authorities. Cardiff City v Watford in the Championship and Newport v Carlisle United in League Two were also called off due to the storm.
