Every second Kirov resident, when buying a home, is looking for only a two-room apartment

Experts have named the most popular type of housing among residents of different cities of the country. The results of the Avito Real Estate study were shared by the portal riamo.ru.

Two-room apartments in the secondary housing market account for a third of all demand, in the primary market – 35 percent. In many cities, this type of real estate is most popular among buyers.

Thus, there is the greatest demand for two-room apartments on the primary market in 31 of the 42 cities studied. Kirov residents have become one of the leaders in the percentage of those wishing to purchase a new two-room apartment: 51 percent of city residents are interested in such advertisements.

In the new housing stock, two-room apartments are more expensive than in the secondary housing stock in almost all cities (41 out of 42). The exception was Kirov. Analysts say that in the city of Vyatka alone, two-room apartments in new buildings are 1.1 million cheaper…
