Wildberries is introducing a fee for returning goods for all users – canceling an order without payment is now impossible. If the buyer does not pick up the parcel from the delivery point, 100 rubles are automatically debited from his card for each item, including defective ones. The company explains this by the need to compensate for transportation costs, but consumers believe that the selling company should bear responsibility for the defect.
