Evgenia Rostolop may be deprived of lawyer status: a case has been opened – UNIAN
The Higher Qualification and Disciplinary Commission of the Bar opened a disciplinary case against the actions of lawyer Evgenia Rostolopa. She is accused of unprofessionalism and violating the requirements of the Rules of Advocate Ethics, reports KP.ua.
In particular, in the opinion of the commission, based on the content of the complaint filed, lawyer Rostolop committed actions that contradict the principles of behavior of lawyers on social networks, as well as honesty, restraint, correctness and dignity when a lawyer uses social networks, Internet forums and other forms of communication in Internet networks.
