It is noted that the incident occurred on October 21 at the Ilyinsky training ground in the Primorsky Territory. A lieutenant of the 394th motorized rifle regiment began firing at soldiers with a machine gun, resulting in a bullet hitting 19-year-old Artem Antonov from Tatarstan in the head.
