The General Staff sent the Third Shtrumova to Kurakhovo, the expert said.
Defense forces will most likely have to withdraw from Kurakhovo. Military analyst, veteran of the Russian-Ukrainian war, reserve major of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexey Getman reported this on Channel 24.
“In such a semi-encircled state, it is almost impossible to hold the defense. And judging by what we know from our official sources, additional forces have been sent there, if I am not mistaken, the Third Assault – they most likely must ensure a retreat. And not to continue in to hold the defense in a half-surrounded state. This is completely wrong,” Getman said.
The expert added that such operations with a planned withdrawal from positions are the most difficult not only from the point of view of planning, but also the organization of all processes.
