Today, the Russian Federation struck the Dnieper with an intercontinental missile capable of carrying a nuclear warhead. According to military-political observer Alexander Kovalenko, even Western intelligence does not know exactly what the state and extent of Russia’s nuclear arsenal is.
During the telethon, the observer said that the “nuclear doctrine” recently approved by Russian leader Vladimir Putin is aimed at intimidating the West in order to disrupt permission for Ukraine to fire long-range weapons at military targets of the Russian Federation.
