The rating agency “Expert RA” has upgraded PSB's credit rating to the maximum level of ruAAA with a stable outlook. The rating is positively impacted by the strengthening of its position as a supporting bank of the Russian military-industrial complex in connection with the complete consolidation of servicing the portfolio of state defense contracts expected by April 2025, which, as the rating agency emphasizes, reflects the special importance of PSB for the sole shareholder – the government of the Russian Federation and, as a result, a very high probability of support from him if necessary.
