On Monday, November 18, it became known that the former captain and record holder for the number of matches for the national team of Ukraine Anatoly Tymoshchuk won the court against Ukrainian Football Association (UAF)which is earlier crossed out his from the history of Ukrainian football.

Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne satisfied Tymoshchuk's appeal and canceled the sanctions imposed on him by the UAF in March 2022, when it stripped him of all titles, awards, honorary titles, coaching license, removed him from the official national team register and banned him from football activities on the territory of Ukraine for life.
