According to the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, the fire broke out on the roof of the building where repair work was taking place. The fire covered 200 square meters. 48 people and 13 special vehicles worked on the site. Rescuers managed to control the fire. It is known that a total of 350 people were evacuated. There are also two victims: one man was treated on the spot, the other was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
Earlier in the northern region of India, at the Maharani Lakshmibai Medical College in the Jhansi district, ten babies died in a fire in the neonatal intensive care unit.
