Fish dishes for the New Year 2025

Fish will be an ideal addition to the New Year's table.

You can bake fish on the New Year's table. The patron saint of 2025 is the Green Wooden Snake. And although she prefers meat, fish must be on the New Year's table.

TSN.ua prepared several easy recipes for baked fish in the oven.

Red fish with potatoes

Ingredients

• 450-500 g of potatoes
• vegetable oil
• 1-2 st. spoons of salt
• ground black pepper
• 2 Art. spoons of butter
• 1 Art. a spoonful of lemon juice
• 650-700 g of red fish fillet

Preparation

1. Cut the potatoes into small pieces. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with half a teaspoon of salt and add some pepper. Mix well.

2․ Place the potatoes in the form. Bake for about 15 minutes at a temperature of 190 °C.

3. While the potatoes are in the oven, melt butter, mix with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
