Fitch predicts a decrease in the amount of financial aid for Ukraine in 2025 — Money

Fitch Ratings predicts that in 2025 Ukraine's external financing needs will amount to $38 billion, down from $41 billion in 2024. This indicates a decrease in the amount of financial assistance that the country needs.
This is stated in the report of the agency.
The message refers to the reduction of uncertainty regarding external financing for Ukraine in the short term. This became possible thanks to the fact that the G7 countries will probably provide Ukraine with about 50 billion dollars in loans. These loans will be backed by proceeds from frozen Russian sovereign assets.
