Fitness trainer Svetlana Butova, in an interview with SE, said that the neck is one of the most vulnerable areas of the human body, Sports.kz reports.
For example, sitting at a computer for long periods of time with constant tension in the shoulders, as well as professions that involve physical stress on the arms (such as a hairdresser, manicurist or photographer) ultimately lead to neck pain.
According to the expert, taking painkillers in this case is wrong. These drugs only reduce the perception of pain without eliminating its root cause. Instead, Svetlana suggested trying a simple exercise that will help relax muscles, relieve tension and reduce spasms.
