For Kirov veterans of the Northern Military District, the law on transport tax benefits comes into force

In the Kirov region, another support measure for participants in a special military operation has been extended. The regional government was reminded of the entry into force of the law on the exemption of SVO participants from transport tax.

The document extends the transport tax benefit for participants in a special military operation for the tax period of 2024 with a payment deadline of December 1, 2025, the Ministry of Finance of the Kirov Region said in a statement.

In other words, military personnel located in a combat zone are again deprived of the obligation to pay transport tax. The law, which takes effect November 12, applies to all vehicles registered to a veteran. Thus, SVO participants are exempt from paying this tax for the periods 2021-2024…
