Forecasters are alarmed: “Climate madness will hit Russia from November 10”

From November 10, the weather in large areas will undergo significant changes. The reason will be storms and cyclones that will come from the north and affect almost the entire European part of Russia. In the Baltic Sea, wind speeds can reach 22 meters per second.
