France's reaction to the attack on the Dnieper – UNIAN
The Foreign Ministry announced a meeting of the Ukraine-NATO Council.
France condemned the Russian missile attack on the Dnieper, during which the occupiers used the Oreshnik ballistic missile.
A Foreign Ministry spokesman also told reporters that Kremlin ruler Putin's threats against European countries and NATO member states were unacceptable. This only confirms Russia’s escalatory position, Le Monde quotes a Foreign Ministry representative:
“On Tuesday there will be a meeting of the Ukraine-NATO Council, at which members of the Alliance will be able to raise this issue. In this situation, there is only one aggressor – Russia, and only one victim – Ukraine.”
