Frozen assets of the Russian Federation – Ukraine received the first grant – UNIAN

Ukraine received a grant from the United States in the amount of $1 billion. For the first time, the state budget received funds secured by income from frozen assets of the Russian Federation. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Finance.

“Ukraine’s state budget received a $1 billion grant from the United States of America under the World Bank’s Second Development Policy Loan (DPL) program,” the statement said.
