Future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are taught how to conduct bayonet attacks — video — Ukraine
The teacher explained to the cadets that such a course is prescribed by the program approved by the Ministry of Defense.
A video from the Heroiv Krut Military Institute of Telecommunications and Informatization, in which future officers are trained in bayonet attack techniques, has been published online.
Maxim Zhorin, deputy commander of the 3rd separate assault brigade, expressed his indignation at such training.
He noted that due to such “modern” methods, there will soon be no students left in military educational institutions.
“Ukraine needs a system of involving veterans with actual combat experience in teaching: in universities, schools, and civilian training centers. Which will definitely not teach bayonet attacks,” he emphasized.
