Gas transit to the EU – Fico is hysterical because of Ukraine’s position – UNIAN
Zelensky said that Ukraine will not “play around” and will not allow Russia to make money from this.
Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico said that the issue of gas transit is one of the five main differences in positions with Ukraine. He said this at a press conference in Brussels after Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky noted that he would not allow the Kremlin to make money from selling gas to Europe.
“We have different views regarding the transit of gas through Ukraine. I asked him whether he would be ready to transit gas other than Russian,” Fico said, as quoted by the Slovak publication Pravda.
